What is an eligible return?
- All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- The following items are non-refundable:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Intimates leggings, tights, socks, and final sale items
- The following items are returnable for store credit only:
- Unworn returns received more than 30 days after the original order shipment date (late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee).
How to process a return?
We guarantee that we will process your return and refund your money within 24-48 hours of receiving your package.
- Login to My Account page to place a return request.
- Choose which particular item(s) you want to return and specify how you would like to receive your refund i.e. store credit. If you opt for a store credit, it can be used at any point in time, it will never expire.
- Enter a 'Reason Code' using the options listed under Return Reason Codes.
- Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container and mail it to the following address:

- You may return your items by any shipping method that you like. We strongly recommend you track your packages, as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen returned items.
- We will contact you as soon as we receive your item(s).
We offer FREE EXCHANGES* on all Domestic purchases!
To ensure you are able to exchange your item(s) for the item you want, in the size or color you prefer before it is out of stock do the following:
- First, email us at email@example.com and let us know that you are requesting an exchange and what Item you would like to receive.
- Go Online and place an order for your new item immediately, enter “Exchange” at checkout and your shipping charges will be waived!
- Print your FREE, prepaid return label that we have emailed to you and affix it to your package. Write down the tracking number located on the label so you can keep track of the delivery status.
- Now return your original item for a full refund! Just follow the steps listed under “How to Process A Return”. We’ll email you when we process your exchange!
All exchanges are expedited by ground shipping only.
Unfortunately we do not offer free international returns/exchanges at this time, although we do accept them. All shipping cost associated with International returns and exchanges are at the expense of the consumer. We make the same promise to our international customers as we do to our Domestic customers, we will process all refunds & exchanges within 24-48 hours of receiving and inspecting your packages.
